Payment Plans on Seasonal Stock Available from
1st Jan to 30th April & 1st August to 31st October
A payment plan allows you to place an order, pay 25% deposit now plus postage and pay off the balance over 7 remaining weeks to suit you. Please note part payments must be a minimum of £10. We reserve your order for you and it will be dispatched when paid in full. To set up a payment plan simply view your shopping bag and enter the voucher code PAYMENTPLAN.
This is not a credit arrangement; no stock is dispatched until fully paid for.
To make further payments -
Send payments on PayPal to [email protected] quoting your order number given at the time you paid your deposit.
Please quote your order number as the reference.
If the items in your payment plan reduce in price due to a sale or promotion you must still pay the full price of the item that it was at the point of ordering.
Cancelling your payment plan -
If you need to cancel your order during the payment plan. If cancelled within 14 days the full amount is refunded. After 14 days any delivery and additional payments are refunded but we retain the 25% reservation deposit. On receipt of your items our normal refund and exchange policy applies should any item be unsuitable.
Cancellation of expired payment plans -
We will contact you by email at the end of the 7 weeks with details of your balance outstanding requesting the balance is settled within 7 days. If the balance is not settled, we will send one further reminder allowing an additional 7 days to settle. If the balance is still outstanding after this, we will cancel the payment plan and the reserved goods will be returned to stock. You will receive a refund of your delivery and any additional payments made but we will retain the 25% deposit.
Pre Order Policy -
Bubbles offer an easy way to order, secure your pre order with a 25% deposit, use code PREORDER25 (please note this code cannot be used on SALE Items) at checkout and this will allow you to order, paying the remaining balance when the item has arrived in store and upon collection. If cancelled within 14 days the full amount is refunded. After 14 days any delivery and additional payments are refunded but we retain the 25% reservation deposit as your order is specifically placed for you at our suppliers.
When the items arrive in store we will contact you and allow 21 days to pay the remaining balance. After this time we reserve the right to cancel your order and the deposit then becomes non refundable.
Any exchanges or refunds will be honoured within 30 days of full payment, providing the above terms and conditions have been followed.
